Orleans Candle Sale Opportunity

The Federation is excited to offer this amazing fundraising opportunity to your club!

The wonderful folks at Aggie-owned Orleans Home Fragrances have curated a custom line of candles for sale exclusively by our Aggie Moms clubs. Orleans produces luxury candles of highest quality. Aggie Mom candles are hand-selected for fragrance, customized in beautiful Aggie colors, and have an elegant Aggie Mom label.

These will not be sold through their wholesalers, boutiques, or businesses. The Federation candle will only be available for purchase through our clubs. The first scent offered is the delicious Sweet Maroon that some of you may have seen at Boutique earlier this year. It’s a wonderful combination of vanilla bean, sweet cream, and sugar. Think creme brulee – Yum!!

Here’s how it works:

There are two sizes of candles:

  • 2-wick 11oz for $30 with $16 profit to club
  • 3-wick 17oz for $40 with $21 profit to club

The great news is that 100% of profits go directly to your club!!

Minimum order of 24 candles (mix and match sizes to reach 24).
Any order over 24 must be in multiples of 12.

Fill the attached order form and email to the address listed near the top of the form.
Your club will be invoiced for the wholesale amount, your club keeps the rest. So easy!!

Candles may be picked up at Orleans in Marble Falls, TX, or can be shipped to
your club for distribution by your club.

Please allow 2 weeks for pick-up or delivery of your order.

Items Orleans Home Fragrances will need from
your Club:

  • Texas Tax Exempt Form (to be sent from Orleans via DocuSign)
  • Billing and shipping address for your club (included in Order Form)
  • Your club’s point of contact name, email, and phone number (included in Order
    Form)
  • Payment information (to be coordinated directly with Orleans by your club)

FAQs

  • Your club may combine orders with another club if you’d like to get your required 24 candles sooner and/or order more frequently.
  • This fundraiser is not time or quantity limited. Your club is free to decide how long it will continue and what your sales goals are.
  • Sales may be open to the public and are not limited to club members.
  • You may use whatever sales platform you would like for pre-sales. CheddarUp is an option but feel free to use whatever works for your club.
  • The fundraiser may be posted on your social media account.
  • Please allow 2 weeks for pick-up or delivery of your order. Remember, these are custom-crafted candles produced as orders are received.
  • Candles cannot be shipped directly from Orleans to individuals placing orders – they must be picked up from Orleans in Marble Falls or shipped to your club for distribution by your club.
  • Tax must be collected unless your club deems the sale under your tax-free days.
  • Discounts may not be offered unless equal to amount of sales tax to maintain $30 and $40 prices.
  • The Federation receives no profit from your sales. 100% of profit is maintained exclusively by your club. That’s Good Bull!!
