Form Y is to be filed to confirm Federal and State tax compliance.
All clubs that are members of the Federation of Texas A&M University Mothers’ Clubs are expected to comply with State and Federal laws concerning taxes. Form Y is to be returned to the Federation by each Member Club to confirm their Federal and State tax compliance.
The deadline for filing Form Y is May 31st each year.
