Alma Tovias ’89
Federation President
Home Club: Pasadena Area
It is a tremendous honor to serve as the 2026-2027 President of the Federation of Texas A&M University Mothers’ Clubs. This is one way of giving a little back to Texas A&M who gave so much to me. Previously I served as President Elect, Treasurer, 4th VP Reports, and 3rd VP Registration on the Federation Board. Prior to joining the Federation Board, I served in the Audit and Nominating Committees. I am also very active with my home club, Pasadena Area, where I previously held the offices of President, VP at Large, and VP of Programs.
I am a proud member of the Aggie Class of ’89. WHOOP! I received a Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering from Texas A&M University. I work as a Senior Project Engineer with a big Aerospace firm and have over 30 years of experience in design, fabrication, test, launch, and on-orbit operations of space hardware supporting multiple space programs from International Space Station to Space Launch Systems.
I am truly blessed to have three Aggie daughters. Clarissa received her B.S. in Electrical Engineering in 2018 from Texas A&M as well as a B.A. in Applied Mathematics from the University of St. Thomas. Lucy graduated with a B.S. in Industrial Distribution and a minor in Business in 2020. Aimee, the youngest, is working at the local County Hospital after completing her studies at a local college.
My passion to serve stems from the gratitude to that I have for TAMU, my Alma Mater. This year is focused on the Career Center as we learned they could use a boost. The campaign for ‘Uplifting’ Aggie Careers has officially launched. All donations will help in the development of micro learning units or MLUs. This campaign will complete spring 2027 and lines up well with Career Center plans.
I am looking forward to serving as Federation President as our nation celebrates its 250th year since its founding and as Texas A&M reaches its 150th anniversary this year. And on the horizon soon we will see our own Federation of Texas A&M University Mothers’ Clubs turn 100 years. It is truly going to be an ‘Uplifting’ year with so much to celebrate!

Home Club: Brazos County
Korrina Russell is excited to serve as the Social Media Chair this year and is a dedicated Aggie Mom with a deep passion for the Texas A&M community. She and her husband, Cutter Russell, are the proud parents of three Aggies— Colton ’20 & ’22, Kacey ’24, and Clayton ’27—all of whom have earned or are pursuing degrees in the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences. Adding to their Aggie legacy, two of their children have recently married fellow Aggies from the Class of ’20 and ’22.
Korrina has been actively involved in supporting youth and families for many years. She was deeply involved in Texas 4-H, serving as a Bee County 4-H leader for over 15 years, and was also a dedicated parent volunteer in her children’s FFA program. She previously served as Vice President of the Bee County Aggie Moms Club and as President of the Bee County Junior Livestock and Homemaker’s Show. After recently relocating to Aggieland, she joined the Brazos County Aggie Moms Club, where she will serve as President-Elect for the 2026–2027 term. She has also served as an Ambassador for the Federation, helping with tailgates, New Student Conferences, and Puppy Hugs—connecting with new Aggie families and sharing in the excitement of the Aggie experience.
Professionally, Korrina brings over two decades of real estate experience to the table. She attended Austin Community College before earning her real estate license in 2005 and later achieving her broker’s license in 2022. She is passionate about helping Aggie parents and former students find the perfect student investment properties and game day homes, combining her professional expertise with her personal connection to the Aggie community.
Outside of work and volunteering, Korrina loves spending time with her husband and their grown children. Whether fishing, traveling, or exploring Texas state parks and national parks, she enjoys making lasting memories outdoors with her family.
Denise Kelly
Aggie Mom Camp Counselor Lead
Home Club: Midland
Denise Kelly is delighted to be serving as Aggie Mom Camp Counselor Lead for the 2026-2027 year in her first position on the Federation Board. Denise’s enthusiasm for all things Aggie and Aggie Moms translates effortlessly to the fellowship and closeness of the Aggie Moms’ every
endeavor. Denise has been an Aggie Mom Camp Counselor for two years as well as an Aggie Mom Ambassador and enjoyed assisting at almost every tailgate of last year’s football season. She has served as President of the Midland Aggie Mom Club for the past two years and Vice President for one year prior to that.
Before becoming an Aggie Mom, Denise has worked 40 years (and counting) for Clayton W. Williams, Jr. as his Executive Assistant during which time, she learned all things Aggie from one of A&M’s most enthusiastic Former Students and supporters. Being involved through work with Clayton Williams on campus projects such as the Clayton Williams Jr. Alumni Center in 1988, Aggie Muster Main Campus in 2005, the Clayton & Modesta Williams Plaza at Kyle Field and more recently the Aggie Park development in 2022 has made it a privilege to feel very much a part of the fabric of Texas A&M. Mr. Williams passed away in
2020 but Denise is honored to continue working for Mrs. Clayton Williams and CWPL Co.
Denise graduated from West Texas A&M with a Bachelors Degree in Music Education before going to work in the Oil & Gas Industry for Clayton Williams at CWEI, a publicly traded company before being sold in 2017.
Denise and Richard, her husband of 36 years (also a West Texas A&M grad with a Masters degree in Finance), are proud Aggie parents to their twin sons, Garrett ’26, an Ag Leadership major and Clayton ’26, an Ag con major who are graduating May 8, 2026 before going immediately into the Masters program in Business at Mays Business School.
Denise is thrilled about serving in any capacity on the Federation Board where she can make a positive impact for A&M and our Aggie students.
