THIRD VICE PRESIDENT

The Third Vice President serves as the Director of Registration.

In this capacity, she:

• Is responsible for Guest, Member and Officer Registration at the three Federation Business Meetings.
• Coordinates the Registration Volunteers for each of the three meetings.
• Coordinates the Greeting Volunteers for each of the three meetings.
• Prepares the Sign-in Sheets for each of the three meetings.
• Prepares the List of the Number of Voting Delegates for each Member Club.
• Prepares and Distributes the Voting Delegate Cards.
