Federation Form F is used to reserve tables for Member Club sales and/or raffles at Aggie Moms’ Boutique held during Parents’ Weekend each year. Remember to make a copy of Form F for your club’s records by taking screen shots as you fill out the form.
2020 Information – all tables are $75 each. Electrical outlet fee is $40 per area (Boutique or Raffle)

After submitting, please send your check (payable to FEDERATION OF TAMU MOTHERS’ CLUBS) along with pictures of your best selling/signature items and Vendor contracts, if applicable, to our 5th VP Boutique.
Reservation Deadline: Saturday, February 1, 2020. Your canceled check will be your receipt.
